Critical Crossroads: Trauma-Informed Care for Families Impacted by Disability (Formed Families Forward)

Description:

New Critical Crossroads video and print resources are available. Designed for families of children and youth with disabilities and the professionals who work with them, the videos, infographics, and checklists provide an understanding of how trauma affects children and youth with disabilities and the ways in which trauma-informed care can improve outcomes in all areas of children’s lives. These resources offer strategies to help families advocate for trauma-informed care in school, health care settings, and in the community.

Resources are available in Spanish and English.
